How to Elope in Northern Utah

If you’re reading this, you’re probably in that in-between space. You know a big, traditional wedding isn’t for you, but you still want your day to feel special, personal, and just right for the two of you. A day where you can slow down, soak it all in, and really be present with each other.

A lot of couples who elope are looking for something quieter and more intentional. Northern Utah is perfect for that-with its mountains, lakes, forests, and open skies, you can create a day that feels private, meaningful, and completely yours.

Start with How You Want Your Day to Feel

Before you start worrying about locations, timelines, or logistics, ask yourselves what you actually want your day to feel like.

Do you want it to be calm and peaceful? A little adventurous but not exhausting? Intimate, just the two of you, or maybe with a handful of loved ones?

There’s no wrong answer! Your elopement should reflect you as a couple, not some idea of what an elopement “should” look like. Once you’re clear on how you want the day to feel, everything else-from location to lodging to food-falls into place naturally.
